I really, truly and sincerely hope I don't lose any friends over this blog!!! But... I have been given the opportunity to express myself. That being said, here we go... Please take the time to ask yourself this question, first. If you are an optimistic person, and read this any further: "Will my optimism be compromised?" If you think it won't affect you, then keep reading. Otherwise, I suggest you stop reading this at this point..........
Life is a peculiar little roller coaster ride, with it's obvious ups and downs. =) :-( Those of you who believe that everything happens for a reason, are right!!! Every "thing" does, but it is up to us to decipher whether it is for good or evil. First off, think about these two words: GOOD and EVIL. If you take the letter "O" away from GOOD, you have GOD, and if you add the letter "D" to the word EVIL, you have DEVIL. Just something to think about. I have always tried to be a good person. But, if you think life is all a bed of roses, then I sadly wish it were true, but... "Hello, McFly!!!", it just isn't always that way. If you don't believe it is true, just live a little longer, when you live long enough you'll find it is sadly true. I am really not here to bring everybody down, REALLY!!! ;) If you've read this far, don't stop now. The bad times will get better, because no one is the big "L" Loser all of the time. "Quitters don't win and winners don't quit!!!" So don't give up. Here it is, I have a problem with blood sugar, my doctor's can't seem to find any signs of diabetes. So, I can't begin to tell you whether it's hypoglycemic or hyperglycemic. By the way, I haven't had either of those types of blood tests. There's an "Aha" moment, maybe I'll look into those in the future. Well, back to the venting part, I didn't get a suffient amount of sleep last night, AND to top it off, I got caught up in the ol' routine of business. I should have eaten before I got to the "point of NO return". Guess what, I didn't and I got waaaay over stressed and frustrated, to the point I felt like I was having a heart attack, broke out in instantaneous hives and then vented like a wildman from the cave of Sasquatch!!! LOL Yeah, NOW... I can laugh. ;) Luckily, no one was around to hear the choice syllables I eloquently and not so calmly phrased. Believe me, when I finally caught my breath, I wasn't exactly patting myself on the back. I... even though no one else heard me, was honestly ashamed of myself. So I just kept breathing deeply and finally got something to eat and calmed down. And I said to myself, don't knock yourself, I'm sure I am not the only person to fly off the handle. There's two statements I want to leave you with: 1. No matter how bad it is, there's hopefully in all of your cases, and thankfully in mine, no such thing as a "point of NO return". Just breathe it through and eat. =) 2. If that doesn't quite help you, write a blog about it. It just isn't healthy to let your frustrations bottle up inside of you, let them out, they really need to be expelled from within you, sometimes. And if you feel guilty for it, writing about it has certainly helped me. Just some food for thought. WHEW!!! See, this has an optimistic ending after all, at least I hope so. ;)
Peace and Love,
ezdog007
P.S. Does anyone know anything about hyperglycemia and hypoglycemic conditions? Maybe I'll "Google" it or something.
